My purpose: Leadership and organization development coach with a passion for inspiring employees to learn, designing and implementing long-range strategic initiatives and programs. Proficient at leading organizational growth and change and facilitating training for employee advancement that incorporates impactful initiatives that transform individuals’ behaviors.

Aims to help employees and leaders to view disruption as transformational, not chaotic.

Strategic leader with the ability to make the discussion of organizational change a reality. Anticipates building alignment around shifts in organizational direction through the following beliefs and practices:
• Respect of the organizational history that created the current narrative
• Effective strategy reflects the competencies of those contributing to its fulfillment
• Importance of inclusion of organization members in strategy discussion and development
• Alignment of organization members through emphasis of shared values
• Creation of infrastructure to promote dialogue between leadership and organization members

 

Ability to envision a desired outcome, and provide the specifics of the pathway that will lead to its fulfillment. Able to process and synthesize multiple, disparate pieces of information that reflect both internal organizational constraints and external market shifts, and construct cohesive, accomplish-able strategic plans. Excels at identifying shared points of connection that exist between individuals. Has utilized communication to bridge boundaries imposed by hierarchical structures. Working knowledge of organizational member response to change. Experience with the introduction of practices that increase member receptivity to change.Experience assimilating, condensing and presenting simplified versions of complex concepts. Interested in discovering alternate possibilities through moderate reconfiguration of accepted theories or processes. Will often temporarily remove existing boundaries, to discover different avenues of approach to problem solving.
